Project management activities includes project management, communication, dissemination, and outreach, project monitoring, risks monitoring and project sustainability.<\/p>\n

There were six transnatinal project meetings during the 36 months of implementation, three organised in person and three virtual meetings.<\/p>\n

Two digital training packs – one focused on vertical farming and the other on social entrepreneurship, were promised in the application.
\nHowever, the extensive experience gained over the three years led us to develop a third handbook, dedicated to lessons learned from working in complex consortia.<\/p>\n

Six learning, teaching and training activities were organised, one for youth workers and trainers, four for youth and one mix seminar.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The C1 -Youth Workers & Trainers Mentoring Event, Bucharest, Romania took place from 20 to 24 March 2023, for 5 days, and its aim was to prepare the trainers working with youth during the youth training events.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The four training events for youth lasted for 13 days (11 days + 2 days travel) and had as aim to prepare the young people in both mastering vertical vegetable production and understanding the principle of social entrepreneurship. The four events were organised with 5 young people from each country, and additional local youth from the hosting organisation. The events were as follows:<\/p>\n

C2 – RO- Youth Training on Vertical farming & entrepreneurship, H\u00e2rja, Romania, took place from 21 June to 2 July 2023.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
C3 – BG – Youth Training on Vertical farming & entrepreneurship – Sofia, Bulgaria, actually took place in Lik, from 17 to 29 October 2023.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
C4 – IT- Youth Training on Vertical farming & entrepreneurship – Tito, Italy, actually took place in Pignola, from 1 to 13 October 2023.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
C5 – GR- Youth Training on Vertical entrepreneurship – Sterna, Greece took place in Hopeland premises from 3 to 15 September 2023.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The last event, C6 – IT- Good practices in HE, RDI & NGO collaboration in Youth programs – Italy, took place in Pignola, from 15 to 20 January2025.<\/p>\n
